We have the skill and expertise to act as our clients’ advocate and guide, beginning with initial plans—complete with highly-detailed construction documents—to final installation and styling.

We manage every aspect of the design project with efficiency, understanding, and clear communication—resulting in an enjoyable process and a space that resonates deeply.
FURNITURE & FINISH SELECTION
For clients who have the architectural bones of their homes in place, we offer standalone furnishing services. We channel our eye for detail and penchant for creating memorable moments to curate a collection of materials and elements that reflect the craftsmanship of the space and enhance its comfort and functionality. We approach these projects with the same intentionality regardless of sizes—prioritizing client connection and the resulting customization above all.

PHASE ONEWe begin with an initial conversation or video call to learn more about you and your project. We’ll discuss your overall project scope, desired timeline, and budget, while giving you an overview of our design process. Then, we’ll schedule a visit to your home or project site to discuss initial design concepts and ideas. After our visit, we’ll send over a proposal with the estimated cost for our design services.

PHASE TWOThe design portion begins with a detailed questionnaire that will help us establish your preferences and project goals. We will share a Pinterest board of visual imagery to help us hone in on your desired style and aesthetic together. From there, we can start to craft custom design solutions that include all finish and material selections, custom cabinetry, lighting fixtures, furnishings, and everything in between. Our 3D renderings and materials presentations will help you visualize your new space and bring all aspects of your project to life. When the design has been refined and the budget is approved, we will provide detailed construction drawings along with a comprehensive specifications binder to ensure proper implementation and construction of all aspects of your design with the Contractor and Project Team.

PHASE THREEDuring the next phase, we work closely with our trusted vendors and receiving warehouse to procure all interior finishes, fixtures, and furnishings for your project. Our team will place the orders, track and inspect the shipments, and arrange white glove delivery for installation. Throughout, we will manage your budget and provide clear communication on progress.

PHASE FOURFinally, construction begins and we will be on hand throughout the entire process, working collaboratively with the Contractor and team to ensure all aspects of your design are executed with care and craftsmanship. We will attend weekly site meetings and meet with all trades to track progress, keeping you updated and informed throughout.
